I just reinstalled windows today and Every time I boot up my computer the driver for VIA USB 3.0 eXtensible Host Controller 1.0 Fails to start properly, and I have to go into the device manager, Uninstall it, and then scan for hardware changes for it to reinstall and be started properly. PLEASE HELP! Intel USB 3.0 eXtensible Host Controller FREEZES MY USB PERIPHERALS!

After Installing Intel USB 3.0 eXtensible Host Controller, the completion of the installation made me restart my PC, which I did, but upon restarting and being brought back to the login screen, My USB mouse/keyboard stops working, and sometimes when I restart it, it works but the login screen freezes and I have to restart it again.
PLEASE NOTE: I LITERALLY FRESH INSTALLED WINDOWS 7 ABOUT 3 TIMES ALREADY, I DOUBT ITS MALWARE OR ANYTHING

As of right now, I uninstalled the Intel USB 3.0 eXtensible Host Controller and my keyboard and mouse are working fine again, the same goes for my headphones, my mic and everything. I am following this guy's motherboard driver order:

- You have a valid copy of Windows Server 2008 R2 x64 ISO or DVD.
- You have at least 10 GB of free disk space.
- Your system is running Windows 7 with administrative privileges.
- Your system has .NET Framework 4.0 installed.
- Your USB flash drive is already inserted.
How do I install the drivers?
- Create USB flash drive installer:
- Install and run Windows USB/DVD Download Tool.
- Click the Browse button and locate your Windows Server 2008 R2 x64 ISO. Click the Next button to continue.
- Select USB device as your media type.
- Choose your USB flash drive in the drop-down menu and click the Begin copying button.
Warning: The next process will destroy all your data in your USB flash drive. Back up your important files before proceeding. - Click the Erase USB Device button.
- Copy Windows setup files and USB 3.0 drivers:
- Create a temporary working directory in your system:
- C:WIM
- Create subdirectories under your working directory:
- C:WIMMOUNT
- C:WIMUSB30
- Locate and copy the boot.wim and install.wim image files in the sources directory on your USB flash drive to C:WIM folder.
- Extract but do not install the Intel® USB 3.0 eXtensible Host Controller Driver for Intel® Server Boards and copy both the x64 folder from DriversWin7 and DriversHCSwitchto the C:WIMUSB30 directory.
- Create a temporary working directory in your system:
- Mount the install.wim image:
- Run DISM GUI with Administrator privileges.
- Under the Mount Control tab, click the Choose WIM button.
- Navigate to where you copied install.wim and click Open.
- Choose the proper index number from the Index drop-down menu.
Note You can identify the Index of your preferred Edition by clicking the Display WIM info button.In this example, we will be using Index 1. - Click the Choose Folder button for the Mount Location. Browse to the proper folder and click OK.
- Verify that the Read Only check box is unchecked and click the Mount WIM button.
Note The mounting process may take a few minutes, depending on your system performance and the size of the install.wim file.
- Add USB 3.0 drivers to the install.wim image:
- Under the Driver Management tab, click the Choose Driver Folder button.
- Select the location of your USB 3.0 drivers and click OK.
- Verify that the Force Unsigned and Recurse check boxes are checked and click the Add Drivers button.
- Under the Driver Management tab, click the Choose Driver Folder button.
- Commit the changes to the install.wim image and unmount:
- Under the Mount Control tab, click the Dismount WIM button and select Yes to commit the changes.
- Under the Mount Control tab, click the Dismount WIM button and select Yes to commit the changes.
- Mount and add USB 3.0 drivers to the boot.wim Image Index 1 (Windows PE) and Index 2 (Windows Setup).
You also need to add USB 3.0 drivers to the Windows PE and Windows Setup indices in the boot.wim image for them to be part of the OS installation. Similar to the process above, but this time the boot.wim and indices 1 and 2 will be used.- Under the Mount Control tab, click the Choose WIM button. Navigate to where you copied boot.wim and click Open.
- Choose index number 1 from the Index drop-down menu and click the Mount WIM button.
- Select the Driver Management tab and click the Add Drivers button.
- Go back to the Mount Control tab and click the Dismount WIM button.
- Repeat steps from 6a up to 6d but this time, change the Index to 2.
- Under the Mount Control tab, click the Choose WIM button. Navigate to where you copied boot.wim and click Open.
- Restore the modified WIM Files to the USB Flash Drive Installer:
- Copy the newly modified install.wim and boot.wim files back to the sources directory of the USB Flash Drive Installer, overwriting the original files.
- Eject and remove the USB Flash Drive.
- Install Windows* Server 2008 R2:
- Insert the modified USB Flash Drive into the target computer.
- Boot from the USB Flash Drive and install Windows Server 2008 R2 as usual.
Note USB mouse and keyboard functions should be present throughout the installation process, as well as when the target computer is restarted onto the new Windows* installation.
